Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1/2 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- envelope onion soup mix - 1 item
- large green pepper, sliced - 1 item
- container fresh mushrooms, sliced - 1 item
- chuck steak, sliced - 4 lb
- can whole tomatoes, drained keep 1/2 c - 1 oz
- A1 - 1 Tbsp
How to make swiss bliss:
Line large baking pan (9 x 13-inch or larger) with aluminum foil. Dot with butter. Place steak pieces in pan, then sprinkle with onion soup mix, fresh mushrooms, green peppers and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Mix together tomato juice, A1. steak sauce and cornstarch; pour over meat and vegetables.
