Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• cream cheese - 6 oz
• cold water - 1/4 c
• whipping cream - 1/2 pt
• lemon juice - 2 tsp
• crushed pineapple - 2 c
• cherry juice - 2 tsp
• envelopes plain gelatin - 2 item
• cherries, cut fine - 12 item

How to make sweetheart salad:

Heat pineapple with sugar; add gelatin which has been softened in the water. Stir until melted. Add lemon juice and cherry juice. Cool. Mash cream cheese and add cherries. Mix with pineapple and chill until slightly thickened. Whip the whipping crea
