- sugar - 1/2 c
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- boiling water - 1/2 c
- instant powdered milk
How to make sweetened condensed milk:
Mix in blender all ingredients. Scrape sides and mix 45 seconds more. Pour in jar and cool until thick. Equivalent to one can of Eagle Brand milk.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, American, North american.
