  • sugar
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla
  • melted margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • lemon extract - 2 tsp
  • mashed, cooked sweet potatoes - 3 c
  • milk and 1 c - 1 c

How to make sweet potato pie:

Combine sweet potatoes, milk, margarine, eggs and sugar. Beat on high speed with mixer until smooth. Add flavorings. Mix baking powder with 1 tablespoon of milk and add to the mixture. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
