Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1/3 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pumpkin pie spice - 2 tsp
  • marshmallows - 1 pkg
  • 1/2 sticks butter - 1 item
  • pure vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • flour or cornstarch - 1/4 c
  • medium sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed - 4 item

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Mix all ingredients, except marshmallows, well. Place in a well-greased baking dish and bake at 350° for about 30 minutes. Top with marshmallows and continue to bake until they are light brown.
