  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • melted oleo - 2 Tbsp
  • large can sweet potatoes, drained and mashed - 1 item

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Mix first 5 ingredients; pour in a buttered casserole dish. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
