  • eggs - 2 item
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • brown sugar
  • butter - 1/3 c
  • stick butter - 3/4 item
  • can condensed milk - 1 item
  • large can yams, well drained - 1 item

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/3 c. flour1/3 c. butter1 c. chopped pecans Mix first 4 ingredients in blender and pour into a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix topping ingredients together and put on top of potato mixture. Sprinkle with pecans and press down. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until firm.
