  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • flour - 1/4 c
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • stick butter, melted - 1/4 item
  • raisins - 1/2 c
  • butter, melted - 1 Tbsp
  • , drained and mashed
  • Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Combine and mix all ingredients well. Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle topping on top. Bake until brown on top at 350° for about 30 minutes.Topping:1/2 c. brown sugar1/4 c. flour1/2 c. chopped pecans1/4 stick butter, melted Combine well.
