Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • butter - 1/3 c
  • coconut - 1 c
  • melted oleo - 1/3 item
  • cooked mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Mix first 6 ingredients together; spread into 9 x 13 pan. Mix together and top with brown sugar, flour, melted oleo, coconut and pecans; sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
