  • cup brown sugar - 1/4 item
  • cooked sweet potatoes - 2 item
  • cup fruit juice - 1/2 item
  • small apples - 2 item

How to make sweet potato and apple casserole:

Slice potatoes and apples in thin slices into a buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Pour fruit juice over and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes, until apples are tender.
