Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • melted margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • dash of white pepper - 1 item
  • small sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced - 4 item
  • cooking apples, cored and sliced - 2 item

How to make sweet potato and apple casserole:

Layer half each of sweet potatoes and apples in an 8-inch baking dish coated with spray or butter.

Combine sugar, cinnamon and white pepper. Sprinkle over and repeat the process. Top with melted margarine.
