- brown sugar - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 item
- catsup - 1 item
- pork chops - 4 item
- onions, sliced in rings - 1 item
- green pepper, sliced in rings - 1 item
How to make sweet and sour pork chops:
Line baking pan with aluminum foil. Put pork chops in pan; top each with green pepper and onion rings. Sprinkle each chop with 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 2 tablespoons brown sugar. Cover chops, onions and green pepper with catsup. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes, then bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Pork.
