Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
- grated cheese - 1/4 c
- ground beef - 2 lb
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
How to make swedish meatballs:
Mix first 7 ingredients. Roll into balls. Bake at 350° on greased cookie sheet for 10 to 15 minutes. Warm last 3 ingredients in saucepan until smooth. Add cooked meatballs to sauce. Heat 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
