Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2/3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- allspice - 1/8 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- fine dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- grated onion - 2 Tbsp
How to make swedish meatballs:
Mix together lightly. Form into small balls and break in half. Brown in hot pot. Add about 1/4 cup hot water; simmer about 20 minutes. Serve hot.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
