Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- onion powder - 1/4 tsp
- liquid smoke
- mustard seed - 1 Tbsp
- Tender Quick salt - 2 Tbsp
How to make summer sausage:
Mix well; roll into 3 or 4 sticks. Wrap in foil and refrigerate for 24 hours. Unwrap and bake at 300° for 1 hour. These may be frozen and then later sliced thin and served with mustard.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Summer, Seasonal.
