- sugar - 1 c
- water - 1/2 c
- shelled raw dry peanuts - 2 c
How to make sugared peanuts:
Combine the peanuts, water, and sugar in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium high heat until water evaporates and the peanuts begin to look sugary. Be careful not to burn the peanuts. Spread on flat pan and bake at 300 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes. Allow to cool.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Fruit.
