Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1 Tbsp
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• flour - 4 c
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• shortening - 1 c
• buttermilk with 1 tsp - 1 c

How to make sugar cookies:

Combine all ingredients. Chill in refrigerator or drop from a teaspoon right away. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or less; do not overbake. Good with cream cheese frosting.
