Sugar cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• vanilla - 1/2 tsp
• milk - 2 Tbsp
• egg - 1 item
• self-rising flour
• butter or margarine 1 stick - 1/2 c

How to make sugar cookies:

Mix softened butter, egg, sugar, milk and vanilla until blended. Add flour and mix by hand. Bake at 375° until brown.

This dough is easy to work with, good for cookie cutting.
