Sugar coated pecans
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- pecan halves - 2 c
- ground cinnamon - 2 tsp
- egg white - 1 Tbsp
How to make sugar coated pecans:
In a bowl, beat egg white until foamy. Add pecans and toss until well coated. Combine the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the pecans. Toss to coat. Spread in a single layer on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes or until brown. Cool on waxed paper. Makes 3 cups.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Appetizers, Seasonal.
