Ingredients/Components
- frozen peas - 8 oz
- mustard - 1 tsp
- mayonnaise
- box jumbo shells - 1 item
- hot pepper optional - 1 item
- crabmeat frozen - 2 lb
- sprig scallion - 1 item
How to make stuffed shells:
Thaw crabmeat overnight in refrigerator. Boil shells until tender. Cook peas as directed. Combine crabmeat, peas, mayonnaise, mustard and pepper; mix thoroughly. Garnish with scallion (cut up). Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of mixture to shells. Enjoy.Recipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Pasta shells.
