  • frozen peas - 8 oz
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • mayonnaise
  • box jumbo shells - 1 item
  • hot pepper optional - 1 item
  • crabmeat frozen - 2 lb
  • sprig scallion - 1 item

How to make stuffed shells:

Thaw crabmeat overnight in refrigerator. Boil shells until tender. Cook peas as directed. Combine crabmeat, peas, mayonnaise, mustard and pepper; mix thoroughly. Garnish with scallion (cut up). Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of mixture to shells. Enjoy.
