Stuffed round steak
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- sage - 1/4 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 oz
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- minced parsley - 2 Tbsp
- celery salt - 1/2 tsp
- slices bacon, diced - 4 item
- bouillon - 1 c
- toasted bread cubes
- thin round steak, cut in 5 portions - 2 2
How to make stuffed round steak:
To make stuffing, saute bacon with onions; mix in bread cubes, parsley, celery salt and pepper. Spread each portion of steak with stuffing and roll up. Hold together with toothpicks.Place in large skillet, pour bouillon over. Cover and simmer 1 hour. Pour on tomato sauce. Replace cover and simmer another 45 minutes or until done.
