Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 1/3 c
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 8 oz
- slices bread - 2 item
- dried parsley - 2 Tbsp
- to 24 large mushrooms - 20 item
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Remove stems from mushrooms. Place caps upside-down in a casserole dish. Put stems, garlic powder, bread, Parmesan cheese, parsley and pepper in food processor. Blend until mixture is crumbly, then add melted butter to this mixture. Spoon mixture (stuffing) onto mushroom caps. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, uncovered. Then top with Mozzarella cheese and bake for 15 minutes more.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
