Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- soft bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- minced onion - 1/4 c
- fresh mushrooms - 1 lb
- slices bacon, diced - 4 item
- minced green peppers - 2 Tbsp
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Set aside the mushroom caps. Chop mushroom stems; combine the rest of the ingredients and saut?© in butter until soft. Stuff caps and place in baking dish with a little water. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
