Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- butter - 1 item
- minced garlic - 1/2 tsp
- bunch green onions - 1 item
- pork sausage - 1 lb
- button mushrooms, stems removed - 2 lb
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Fry sausage with onions and garlic; drain well. Add cream cheese and stir until blended. Dip each mushroom into melted butter and stuff with mixture. Place in baking dish. Cook, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
