Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- fresh mushrooms - 1 lb
- small green onions with tops-chopped - 2 item
- slices of cubed bread - 4 item
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Remove mushroom stems and chop finely. Saut?© chopped mushrooms and onions lightly in skillet in small amount of oil. Add bread cubes, garlic salt and lemon juice. Toss to mix. Stir in egg and simmer for 1 minute. Stuff mushroom caps with mixture. Arrange in greased baking dish. Bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
