  • cream cheese - 4 oz
  • salt - 1 item
  • paprika - 1 item
  • pepper - 1 item
  • dill - 2 Tbsp
  • dry mushrooms - 1 lb

How to make stuffed mushroom caps:

Wipe mushrooms clean. Combine mushroom stems (chopped fine), salt, pepper, cream cheese and dill. Process until smooth. Pack into clean mushroom caps. Place on a cookie sheet and broil lightly until browned. Sprinkle with paprika.
