Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 4 oz
- salt - 1 item
- paprika - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- dill - 2 Tbsp
- dry mushrooms - 1 lb
How to make stuffed mushroom caps:
Wipe mushrooms clean. Combine mushroom stems (chopped fine), salt, pepper, cream cheese and dill. Process until smooth. Pack into clean mushroom caps. Place on a cookie sheet and broil lightly until browned. Sprinkle with paprika.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Vegetables, Pork.
