Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- large container ricotta cheese - 1 item
- large jar spaghetti sauce - 1 item
- pkg manicotti shells - 1 item
- 1-8 oz bag of shredded cheddar cheese
- Tbsp season all salt - 2 item
- lb of browned hamburger if desired - 1/2 item
How to make stuffed manicotti:
Cook shells in water only until half done, set aside in a pan of cold water. Mix the cheeses, eggs and season all salt together. Stuff shells with cheese mixture, placing them in a lightly greased cake pan. Pour the spaghetti sauce over shells and bake on 350 degrees for 450 minutes. Serve when done.
