Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/3 c
- hard-boiled eggs - 12 item
- finely chopped celery - 1 c
- finely chopped bell peppers - 2 Tbsp
- French salad dressing mix - 1 Tbsp
- can cooked crab meat, flaked - 1 oz
How to make stuffed eggs:
Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and mash. Combine yolks, crab meat, celery, bell peppers and salad dressing. Mix in sour cream. Blend well. Refill egg halves. Chill.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Egg, Appetizers.
