Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 3/4 c
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • garlic powder - 1 item
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • medium chopped onion - 1 item
  • cloves garlic, chopped - 2 item
  • crabmeat
  • seasoned bread crumbs
  • chopped bell pepper - 1/2 item
  • bunch green onions - 1/2 item

How to make stuffed crab:

Mix bread crumbs, milk and eggs; set aside. In a skillet, saute butter, onion, green onion, bell pepper and garlic. When soft, add crabmeat, salt and pepper (to taste) and continue to saute. Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce and bread crumb mixture. Mix well and cook on low fire until light brown. Stir often to prevent sticking.

Bake in artificial shells, real crab shells or in a casserole dish. Before baking, brush top with butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 300° for about 25 minutes or until brown.
