Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- rice - 3/4 c
- seasoning salt - 1 tsp
- large can tomato sauce - 1 item
- large cabbage heads - 2 item
- loose pork sausage - 1/2 lb
How to make stuffed cabbage:
Mix well all ingredients, except tomato sauce. Separate the cabbage leaves. Stuff each leaf with about 2 tablespoons of the mixture. Pour the tomato sauce over the stuffed leaves. Cover and cook on low heat about 3 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Ground beef.
