  • pkg - 2 oz
  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • 4 oz - 1 lb
  • coarsely chopped nuts - 1 c
  • strawberry gelatin - 2 pkg
  • medium bananas, mashed - 3 item

How to make strawberry nut salad:

Dissolve gelatin in water. Add ingredients except sour cream. Mix well. Pour half of gelatin mixture into a 12 x 8 x 2-inch dish. Chill until firm. Spread sour cream evenly over mixture. Cover with remaining gelatin mixture. Chill until firm.
