  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 8 oz
  • boiling water - 2 c
  • strawberry Jell-O
  • crushed pineapple, drained - 16 oz
  • chopped sweetened strawberries - 16 oz

How to make strawberry nut salad:

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Stir in strawberries and pineapple. Congeal. Make topping of cream cheese, sour cream, nuts, sugar and vanilla. Mix and spread on top of congealed Jell-O. Refrigerate until served.
