- evaporated skim milk - 1 c
- Equal - 20 pkg
- strawberries - 2 c
- strawberry NutraSweet jello, dissolved in 1/2 c - 1 pkg
How to make strawberry ice cream:
Combine this and freeze in electric ice cream freezer. One serving equals two cups.Two cups equal 1 milk, 1/2 fruit, 1/2 egg exchange and 8 calories.
