Ingredients/Components

  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • pkg - 8 oz
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • large can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • strawberry Jell-O
  • medium bananas, mashed - 3 item
  • frozen strawberries, thawed

How to make strawberry heaven:

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Let cool while combining banana, pineapple, strawberries and pecans. Add fruit mixture to Jell-O; pour 1/2 mixture into 13 x 9 pan and let set in refrigerator several minutes. Spread sour cream on partially set Jell-O and top with remaining mixture. Return to refrigerator until ready to serve.
