Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • mashed bananas - 2 item
  • strawberry jello dissolved in 1 1/2 cups boiling water - 3 pkgs
  • can crushed pineapples with juice - 1 item
  • Stir in frozen strawberries until thawed
  • 12 oz package cream cheese, softened - 1 item

How to make strawberry congealed salad:

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Stir in frozen strawberries until thawed. Add bananas and pineapples. Pour into 9 x 13 inch glass dish. Put in refrigerator until set. Add topping after jello is set.Topping:1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream1 (12 oz) package cream cheese, softened2 Tbsp. sugar Mix ingredients together and spread on top of jello salad. Chill.
