  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • flour
  • oil - 3/4 c
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs at room temperature - 2 item

How to make strawberry bread:

Beat eggs and whisk oil into eggs. Sift dry ingredients. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the egg mixture. Mix and then add strawberries and mix well. Bake in 9 x 5-inch loaf pan at 350° until done, about 1 hour.
