Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 1/2
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- salt optional - 1 tsp
- olive oil - 1 2
- basil leaves - 1 tsp
- sliced mushrooms - 1 c
- large carrot, shredded - 1 item
- Kluski egg noodles - 1/2 lb
- boned and skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips - 2 item
- medium red onion, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced - 1/2 item
- medium zucchini, cut into 1-inch cubes - 1 item
How to make stir-fry chicken and vegetables:
Heat oil and butter in skillet. Add chicken and onion. Stir-fry 2 minutes. Cook noodles according to directions. Add remaining ingredients to skillet, except for noodles. Stir-fry until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are crisp-tender. Add noodles; toss to mix. Heat through. Serve immediately.
