Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1/8 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- fresh green beans
- to 4 slices bacon - 3 item
How to make stir-fried green beans:
In skillet, brown bacon until crisp. Break into small pieces. Add onion and stir until almost done. Add fresh green beans with 1/3 cup water. Turn to medium heat and cook, stirring constantly. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Add more water, if needed. Cover and turn heat to low. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes longer. Add salt and pepper to taste.
