Ingredients/Components
- salad oil
- Chinese parsley - 1 item
- shoyu - 2 Tbsp
- ajinomoto - 1/4 tsp
- green onion, finely chopped - 2 Tbsp
- slices fresh ginger - 2 item
How to make steamed fish:
Place fish and ginger in pot of boiling water (water should cover fish). Turn flame off and cover with tight fitting lid. Let stand for 30 minutes or until done. Place fish on platter. Sprinkle with finely chopped green onion.Combine ajinomoto and shoyu; pour over fish. Heat oil until it begins to smoke. Pour over fish. Garnish with Chinese parsley.
