Steak on a stick
Ingredients/Components
- packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
- water - 1/4 c
- honey
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- dash of garlic powder - 1 item
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- catsup
- wine vinegar
- boneless steak, cut into 1-inch cubes - 1 lb
How to make steak on a stick:
Combine first 7 ingredients in a large shallow dish. Add steak; cover and marinate at least 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator, turning occasionally. Drain steak. Add honey to reserved marinade. Thread steak on bamboo skewers. Grill 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness is reached. Baste with marinade. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Beef, Steak.
