Squash dressing



Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- margarine - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
- celery, chopped - 1/2 c
- crumbled cornbread - 5 c
- chopped yellow squash, cooked and drained - 3 c
How to make squash dressing:
Saut?© onion, pepper, and celery in margarine until tender. Add to cornbread and stir well. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake at 400° for 50 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 8 servings.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Time to make, Side dish.
