Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- squash, cooked and drained - 2 lb
- saltine cracker crumbs - 1 c
- chopped onion, cooked with squash - 1/2 c
How to make squash casserole:
Combine squash, onion, cracker crumbs and 1 1/2 cups of cheese. Mix together eggs and milk and add to the squash mixture. Top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
