Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 2 tsp
- butter - 1 c
- evaporated milk
- pepper - 1 tsp
- chopped onions - 1 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- cooked squash - 4 c
- Ritz cracker crumbs - 2 c
How to make squash casserole:
Mash squash in big bowl and add all the other things together. Pour into a big baking dish or pan. Mix 1/2 cup grated cheese and 1/2 cup cracker crumbs in bowl and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
