- sliced Muenster cheese - 3/4 lb
- frozen spinach, cooked and well drained - 2 (10
- frozen orange squash, defrosted - 1 (10
- dill and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make spinach pie with muenster crust:
Line a 10-inch pie plate with overlapping slices of Muenster cheese, covering the bottom and 3/4 of the way up the sides. Combine spinach, squash, cottage cheese, eggs, onion, Parmesan cheese, dill and pepper. Spread mixture over cheese evenly. Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour. Allow to stand 5 minutes before slicing.
