Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/3 c
- wine vinegar - 1/4 c
- clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled - 2 item
- hard-cooked egg, chopped - 1 item
- generous dash of freshly ground pepper - 1 item
- spinach, torn into bite-sized pieces about 8 c - 1 lb
- mushrooms, sliced about 3 c - 8 oz
How to make spinach-mushroom salad:
