  • frozen spinach, chopped - 2 pkg
  • containers sour cream - 2 (8
  • cans chopped water chestnuts - 2 item
  • dry Lipton vegetable soup mix - 1 pkg

How to make spinach dip:

Place sour cream in a bowl. Mix in mayonnaise and soup mix. Blend well. Blend in onion, water chestnuts and spinach. Chill and serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.
