Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- chopped mushrooms - 4 oz
- frozen spinach, thawed and drained - 10 oz
- can cream of potato soup - 1 item
- to 3 stalks green onions - 2 item
How to make spinach casserole:
Mix all well. Place in medium baking dish. Sprinkle 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
