Spinach casserole



Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
- grated Parmesan Cheese - 2 Tbsp
How to make spinach casserole:
Cook spinach according to pkg. directions; drain well and set aside. Combine cream cheese and butter; beat at medium speed with a mixer until smooth. Stir in spinach. Spoon into a lightly greased 1 qt. casserole dish; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Microwave directions: Cover and microwave on high for 5 to 6 minutes, giving dish a half-turn after 3 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
