Ingredients/Components
- butter, melted - 3/4 c
- garlic salt - 1 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- onions, chopped - 2 item
- black pepper
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, beaten well - 6 item
- herb stuffing mix - 3 c
- boxes chopped spinach - 2 item
How to make spinach balls:
Thaw and drain spinach, pressing out water well. Mix all ingredients and shape into 3/4-inch balls. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
