Ingredients/Components

  • cream cheese - 8 ozs
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • salt to taste - 1 item
  • finely chopped onion - 1 item
  • cup sour cream - 1-1/2 item
  • cloves chopped garlic - 3 item
  • cup Parmesan cheese - 3/4 item
  • Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos - 12 ozs
  • cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped fine - 2 item
  • boxes frozen chopped spinach, cooked a little and drained - 2 item
  • Small amount of evaporated milk if necessary for desired consistency - 1 item

How to make spinach artichoke dip:

Melt butter, add onions and garlic. Saut?© until wilted. Add spinach and artichokes. Cook about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients. Blend well. Heat to melt cheese in microwave or on low heat. Serve with tortilla chips. Sour cream and salsa optional.
